Shipping times
As our products are shipped from our fulfilment partner's warehouses, delivery times vary by destination and product availability. Estimated delivery times are:
- Australia/United States: 10 to 20 business days
- International: 10 to 25 business days
We aim to get orders to you toward the shorter end of these windows wherever possible, but we'd rather give you an honest range than an optimistic promise we can't keep. These are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by customs processing, local courier delays, high order volumes, or public holidays in the origin or destination country.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 3 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch. If your tracking hasn't updated after this time, contact us at stimssociety@gmail.com.
Multiple items
If you order multiple items, they may ship separately from different warehouses and arrive at different times. You will not be charged extra for split shipments.
Customs, duties and taxes
For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by your country. These are not included in the order or shipping cost and are outside our control. Please check your local customs regulations before ordering if you're unsure.
Incorrect address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us at stimssociety@gmail.com as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee a change once an order has been processed.
Lost, delayed or missing packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at stimssociety@gmail.com and we'll investigate with our shipping partner. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
