FAQ

About fidgeting & sensory tools

What is stimming?

Stimming is repetitive movement or sensory input, like clicking, squeezing, twisting or fidgeting, that helps people focus, self-regulate or simply feel more comfortable in their own hands. Everyone stims to some degree; it's just more visible and more talked about in neurodivergent communities.

Are fidget toys just for kids?

No. Fidgeting doesn't stop at 18, only the products aimed at adults do, mostly. We design specifically for adult hands and adult desks: no bright plastic, no kids' branding.

What's the difference between a fidget toy and a stim toy?

In practice, not much, the terms overlap a lot. "Fidget toy" tends to describe the object, while "stim toy" describes its purpose: giving your hands repetitive movement or sensory input. We use both terms because both groups of customers search for both.

Why do adults use sensory tools at work?

Meetings, long calls and desk-bound days leave a lot of people with restless hands and nowhere to put that energy. A quiet, discreet object to click, squeeze or turn over gives that energy somewhere to go without disrupting anyone else.

How discreet are these to use in an office or classroom?

Most of our range is designed to be used one-handed, quietly, and without drawing attention: think a keyring you click under the desk, or a squishy you keep in a pocket. Noise level and size are both listed on each product page.

Is this for me?

If you like having something to do with your hands, staying focused, or just enjoy well-made objects on your desk, yes. We build for anyone whose hands need to move to think clearly, no explanation required.

What are your products made from?

Materials vary by product and are always listed on the product page. Anything designed for skin or mouth contact is held to relevant safety standards, and chew-safe pieces won't go live until food-safe certification is confirmed.
